Uploading a catalog

It is free to upload catalogs via Acentio's supplier portal and free to receive orders via email. It is also possible to purchase various services that can automate the processes.

For suppliers who have previous experience with catalogs and Excel, we can refer to our video guides. In the videos, we go through step-by-step how to create and/or edit a catalog.

Help

Acentio A/S offers suppliers the option of purchasing a support subscription to get started with creating catalogs, and to have the opportunity to get help and ask questions along the way. The support subscription currently costs 299,- / month ex. VAT.


If you have not previously delivered catalogs to Acentio 360, we recommend that you purchase a 2-hour catalog course for 995 DKK. If you subsequently want a support subscription, the first month of the catalog course is free.


The process after uploading a catalog

Once the catalog has been imported, it is sent to the customer for approval and they subsequently have the opportunity to share the catalog with their buyers.


As a supplier, you always have the option to edit an existing catalog. This can be the case if, for example, an item is temporarily out of stock or has changed price. After import, the changes are sent back to the customer for approval.
