Acentio Whistleblower Policy

At Acentio, we aim to promote an open, responsible, and ethical corporate culture.

Our whistleblower system provides employees, partners, and others with a safe and confidential way to report serious matters that violate laws, internal policies, or Acentio’s values.

The whistleblower scheme has been established to:

  • Prevent and uncover unethical or illegal conduct
  • Ensure that potential violations are handled quickly and correctly
  • Protect whistleblowers from any form of retaliation

The scheme covers serious matters such as:

  • Economic crime, corruption or data breaches
  • Discrimination, harassment or threats
  • Serious breaches of internal policies or legislation
  • Minor matters relating to well-being, cooperation or general personnel matters must be handled through the usual internal channels (manager, HR or AMO).

You can choose to report anonymously or by name – whichever you feel most comfortable with.

All reports are handled confidentially by Acentio's whistleblower unit, which consists of selected representatives from management and HR without any conflict of interest.

Acentio guarantees that no whistleblower acting in good faith will face negative consequences.
